EFT—Emotional Freedom Technique (sometimes called “tapping”)—is a healing method that draws from both ancient acupuncture techniques and modern psychological insights, and that is especially effective in helping us release fears, anxieties,doubts, and self-sabotage. It involves gently tapping on specific acupuncture points on the face and body while verbalizing and tuning into the emotional problem that we want released and  resolved. In this class we will learn how to use this simple but powerfully effective self-healing modality to help us let go of what has been holding us back, to de-stress and free ourselves emotionally so that we can move forward in our lives and more fully realize our potential.
